WHO WE ARE
We are “A network of friends, inspired by Gospel values, growing in holiness and building a more just world through personal relationships with and service to people in need.”
Established in 2005, we are the Southeast District Council of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul Rockford Illinois Diocesan Council. We are comprised of 13 unique conferences that are part of the international Society of St. Vincent de Paul and we serve by permission of the local pastors within specific Catholic Church parish boundaries. We adhere to the Rule of St. Vincent de Paul, which calls us to be the hands and feet of Christ within our local communities.
